Butter and Dill Carrots

A classic carrot side dish recipe with a little spice.

Vegan!

Ingredients
1/4 cup Pastureland Salted Butter
2 cup Red Belly Carrots
1 TBS Fresh Dill

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Peep carrots and cut into irregular pieces.
  2. Saute in pan with butter for 10 min or until tender
  3. Cut dill and mix in with cooked carrots.
